Job summary

Hesapkurdu is seeking skilled developers to rebuild our engineering around AI. You will contribute to AI-assisted or agentic workflows, ship features end-to-end, and orchestrate coding agents for implementation, testing, and refactoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technologies or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in web application development with .NET, ASP.NET MVC and C#.
• Excellent understanding of object oriented programming (OOP), service oriented (SOA) and layered architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to code web-based services that solve business problems.
• Hands-on use of AI in your daily engineering work, coding agents and assistants (e.g. Claude, Cursor) for implementation, tests and debugging, and the ability to explain when and why you use which tool.

Job Description

We are a best-practice driven development team, and we are rebuilding how we work around AI. We are looking for talented developers, strong technical individuals who will support us in the development and deployment of the company’s core business applications that are used by millions of consumers every month.

Together we will be working on hybrid-topology problems, multi-layered service oriented architecture that integrates with many external services, high-traffic, high-availability systems, DevOps projects that support our fast paced agile development and our in-house analytics/marketing automation framework.

How We Work with AI

AI is central to where we are heading, and we are rebuilding our engineering around it. Increasingly our engineers design and orchestrate AI agents to draft specs, generate and refactor code, open pull requests and run tests, with AI in the loop on code review. As this grows, the engineer’s job moves up the stack, toward judgment, architecture and quality, while the agents take on more of the routine typing. We are looking for someone who pairs real technical depth with genuine AI fluency: you get from a business problem to shipped, reliable software faster because you know how to leverage agents, and you have the judgment to verify what they produce.

• Bring hands-on experience building and shipping a real project with AI-assisted or agentic workflows
• Ship features end to end with agentic workflows, not just autocomplete
• Orchestrate coding agents to implement, test and refactor, and review both the diff and the agent’s reasoning
• Help shape our shared repo standards, prompts and reusable skills so the whole team moves faster
• Treat every bug as a missing test, with automation as the default

Because this is how we work, our interview includes a short, AI-assisted problem-solving session: you will solve a real, role-relevant problem using the AI tools of your choice, and we will focus on how you prompt, iterate and verify.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technologies or a related field,
• 4-8 years of experience in web application development with .NET, ASP.NET MVC and C#

Candidates with the below credentials will have preference:

• AI workflows you have built yourself, reusable prompts, agent setups, context or rules files, or small automations, that you can show us
• Experience with agentic PR workflows, AI code review, or AI-generated tests
• Experience in web service integration cycle
• Experience in no-sql DBs
• Good understanding of DevOps best practices and tools
• Experience in logging and monitoring tools (NewRelic, Cloudwatch, ElasticSearch)
