Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical and sheet metal design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering projects for modifying existing product lines or designing new products from the ground up.
• Mature part designs from concept to final product, optimizing for quality, cost, dimensional accuracy, and functionality.
• Provide technical sales support to international opportunities with engineering expertise.
• Conduct feasibility studies to fulfill customized sales requirements.
• Contribute to internal process optimization and workflow enhancements.
• Plan and execute mechanical/structural testing and validation activities.
• Prepare production drawings, assembly guides, and integration documentation.
• Evaluate manufacturability and follow up on production processes.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve non-conformities during manufacturing or operation.
• Prepare and present technical topics in English during international meetings.

General Qualifications

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Product Development: Lead and execute engineering projects focused on modifying existing product lines or designing new products from the ground up.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve non-conformities arising during manufacturing or operation.
• ERP & Financial Reporting: Utilize ERP Project Management modules to perform cost analyses and present detailed reports to senior management.
• Global Communication: Prepare and present technical topics in English during international project and business meetings.
