Job summary

AVL Research and Engineering Turkey is seeking a skilled Electronics engineer to design next generation automotive ECUs, inverters and BMS, covering schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, and signal integrity. You will work on analog and digital hardware, PMICs, MCUs, and power supplies; define interfaces CAN/LIN and contribute to testing, validation and project quality.

Candidates should hold a minimum Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics and have at least 2 years

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.
• Experience with analog and digital hardware design.
• Experience with analog circuit simulation using LTspice.
• Experience with Altium Designer for PCB design.
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design next generation automotive ECUs, Inverters and BMS including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance, worst-case analysis and signal integrity analysis.
• Analog design with op-amps, logic gates, analog/digital sensors, signal isolators, transceivers, MCUs, PMICs etc.
• Design switch mode power supplies (Buck, Boost, SEPIC, Flyback etc.).
• Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN etc.), specifying component sourcing activities.
• Support lab tests, debug and validation activities.
• Support project and quality management activities.
