Job summary

CPM Acquisition Corp. is seeking an Aftermarket Territory Manager to drive growth in Turkey and the Middle East across all markets. The role focuses on spare parts, field services, maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, and equipment upgrades.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, 3+ years in aftermarket sales, and is fluent in Turkish and English, with willingness to travel extensively (50%). Remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Process or Engineering).
• 3+ years in the Aftermarket space, preferably with mechanical machines or related industries.
• Proven experience in the Jordan, Egyptian or Middle Eastern markets.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%).

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket growth across Turkey and the Middle East through parts sales, field services, and maintenance agreements.
• Develop regional account plans aligned with customer needs and CPM's aftermarket strategy.
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and grow installed equipment base.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations on CPM's aftermarket offerings.
• Collaborate with Capital Sales, Service, Engineering, and Back Office teams.
• Support troubleshooting activities with Field Service teams.
• Maintain pipelines, forecasting, and visit reports in Salesforce.
• Monitor market developments and identify new regional growth opportunities.
• Travel extensively across the territory to support customers.
