Job summary

CPM Animal Feed & Oilseed Solutions is hiring an Aftermarket Territory Manager to drive growth across Turkey and the Middle East. In this remote role, you will lead spare parts sales, field services, maintenance agreements, and equipment upgrades while developing regional account plans.

Travel to client sites and cross-functional collaboration with Capital Sales, Service, Engineering and Back Office teams are essential to deliver customer-focused solutions and expand CPM’s installed base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Process or Engineering).
• 3+ years in the Aftermarket space, preferably with mechanical machines, or in the Animal feed, biomass, or waste recycling industries.
• Proven experience in the Jordan, Egyptian or Middle Eastern markets.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Self-starter with a track record in technical solution sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%).
• Fluent in Turkish and English (Arabic is a plus).
• Residing in Turkey, Jordan, Egypt or the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket growth in Turkey and the Middle East via parts, services, maintenance agreements, retrofits and upgrades.
• Develop regional account plans aligned with customer needs and CPM’s aftermarket strategy.
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and grow installed base.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations on CPM’s aftermarket offerings.
• Collaborate with Capital Sales, Service, Engineering and Back Office to develop solutions.
• Support troubleshooting with Field Service teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain pipelines, forecasting, visit reports, and Salesforce records.
• Monitor market developments and identify growth opportunities in the region.
• Travel extensively to support customers and development initiatives.
