Job summary

Reinhausen Türkiye is seeking a seasoned regional sales leader to guide the assigned product portfolio and drive market growth in the Marmara region. You will work with Area Sales Managers to execute go-to-market plans, engage customers, and close framework agreements.

The role requires a technical degree in Electrical Engineering and a track record of 10 years in sales, with strong English communication and strategic market insights to create lasting customer value.

Responsibilities

What awaits you:

• You lead and support the Regional Sales Team for your assigned product portfolio in alignment with the overall sales strategy
• You actively drive market development and increase local awareness of the product portfolio together with Area Sales Managers through customer presentations, local events, sales activities, and pilot projects
• You develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches to strengthen market acceptance and business growth
• You negotiate and support the closing of framework agreements in close coordination with Area Sales Managers and key stakeholders
• You build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to expand market presence and create sustainable business opportunities
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer needs and translate market insights into successful sales initiatives

What you bring to the table:

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or many years of professional experience as a master technician or technician in Electrical Engineering combined with approximately 10 years of experience in sales
• You communicate confidently in English
• You have proven experience ranging from the development of go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns to hands-on sales activities with customers
• You demonstrate a strong customer-centric mindset and are passionate about creating value for customers and long-term partnerships
• You think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate them into business growth initiatives
• You are highly self-motivated, possess excellent self-management skills, and are an extroverted, persuasive communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities
