• Coordinate testing, training, go-live activities, and operational readiness for new technology implementations.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans to support successful outcomes.
• Act as the link between operational stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout lifecycles.
• Support adoption of advanced technology capabilities that enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Provide project reporting, documentation, and progress updates to regional leadership and key stakeholders.

About the Role

As Regional P&T Technology Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in delivering technology transformation projects across DP World's European terminals. Working closely with operational and technology teams, you will lead the implementation of terminal operating systems, automated gate solutions, customer portals, and other innovative tools that improve operational performance and customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to apply your project management expertise across multiple countries, collaborate with international stakeholders, and influence the future of port technology across the region. Role can be based in London, UK or Southampton, UK.
