Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Regional P&T Technology Implementation Manager to lead technology transformation programs for European terminals, including terminal operating systems, automated gates, and customer portals. You will collaborate with operations and global technology teams, driving multi-country initiatives and ensuring successful deployment across sites in Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology or business systems implementation projects within ports, logistics, maritime, supply chain, or terminal operations environments.
• Strong understanding of terminal operating systems and their integration with operational and business applications.
• Experience managing projects across multiple sites, countries, or stakeholder groups within a complex operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of DP World's terminal operating systems and related technology solutions across European terminals.
• Manage regional technology projects from planning through deployment, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Partner with terminal operations teams, subject matter experts, and global technology teams to define requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
• Coordinate testing, training, go-live activities, and operational readiness for new technology implementations.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans to support successful outcomes.
• Act as the link between operational stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout lifecycles.
• Support adoption of advanced technology capabilities that enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Provide project reporting, documentation, and progress updates to regional leadership and key stakeholders.
