Job summary

Avery Dennison in Istanbul is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Turkey and Greece. You will be the primary link between customers and internal teams, handling end-to-end interactions, resolving inquiries, coordinating with supply chain and logistics, and driving client satisfaction.

The role is hybrid at Samandıra-Sancaktepe / ISTANBUL. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in internal sales or customer service, a university degree, and fluency in Turkish and English; Greek is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in internal sales or customer service (manufacturing/production preferred).
• University degree completed.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; Greek is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers in Turkey and Greece across channels (email, phone, live chat, presentations).
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery with Planning and Logistics.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Build trusted relationships with key accounts and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls and track sales activities and customer data in CRM.
