Job summary

VAST is seeking a Regional Organic Growth & Creator Marketing Lead to build Tripo's local creator ecosystem and drive sustainable organic growth in your market.

You will combine creator marketing, community building, social media, KOL partnerships, localized GTM, and offline presence to establish Tripo as a leading AI 3D platform within the regional creator ecosystem. Fluent English required, local language preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in organic growth, creator marketing, or regional operations.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across Discord, Reddit, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Experience building creator communities and driving organic user growth.
• Passion for AI, 3D, gaming, design software, or the creator economy.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with execution ability and willingness to build from scratch.
• Fluent English; proficiency in the local language is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Tripo's regional organic growth strategy across creator communities, social media, KOLs, and creator-native platforms.
• Identify scalable organic acquisition channels to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement and advocacy.
• Continuously improve Tripo's local brand presence and creator mindshare.
• Build and grow Tripo's local creator ecosystem by recruiting and collaborating with creators, studios, educators, and community leaders.
• Develop creator programs, advocacy initiatives, and long-term partnerships.
• Lead local social media strategy and community engagement across multiple platforms.
• Execute localized go-to-market campaigns for product launches and major features.
