Job summary

Naphora Games Group in Turkey is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own and grow our organic acquisition across mobile games. You will drive content, social media, creators, communities, and ASO to build sustainable growth and measurable installs.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Creative and Data to turn engagement into retention and revenue. Fluency in English required; on-site role in Turkey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Organic Growth, Social Media, or Content Marketing in gaming.
• Proven track record growing social channels with measurable results.
• Experience managing creator and influencer partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Experience creating content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure engagement and acquisition.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies across multiple games and channels.
• Manage content calendars and social media initiatives.
• Build multi-platform content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify viral content opportunities, emerging trends, and new organic growth channels.
• Plan organic campaigns around game launches, LiveOps, and seasonal events.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and community ambassadors.
• Grow and engage player communities across key platforms.
• Develop creator initiatives that drive awareness and player acquisition.
• Gather player feedback from community channels and share actionable insights with Product teams.
• Lead ASO, including metadata, keywords, screenshots, and creative assets.
• Monitor content and channel performance using engagement, acquisition, and retention data.
• Measure the impact of organic initiatives beyond reach and engagement.
• Continuously test and optimize organic strategies based on performance.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Data teams.
