Job summary

VidRush AI Studios LLP is seeking a UGC Manager to build and run a network of 40+ creators posting daily. You’ll own end-to-end outreach, screening, contracting, onboarding, and performance loops, ensuring high-quality, scalable content pipelines across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

You have 2+ years of running creator programs, deep platform knowledge, and strong data-driven decision skills. This role requires English proficiency and overlap with CET hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running creator, influencer or UGC programmes.
• Demonstrable command of TikTok and Instagram short-form: formats, hooks, trends, platform mechanics
• Experience in consumer tech, SaaS or a creator-economy product
• Fluent written English; the whole role runs on clear briefs and clear feedback
• Working hours with meaningful overlap to CET

Responsibilities

• Recruit and scale the roster of creators.
• Source across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
• Own outreach, screening, negotiation, onboarding end-to-end.
• Grow roster to 40+ active creators without quality loss as volume climbs.
• Manage churn and maintain a ready bench.
• Provide real relationships with each creator, not templates.
• Maintain a living format/hook library and convert formats into briefs.
• Build a QC system that scales to 2,000 posts/month.
• Report weekly on performance by creator, format and hook.
