Job summary

Çelik Motor, part of Anadolu Group, seeks an After-Sales Services Regional Supervisor to oversee Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia, and Moto Guzzi networks in the assigned region. You will audit authorized service centers, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Customer Experience and Warranty teams to boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in after-sales services, authorized network management, or technical operations.
• Experience with service processes, warranty, and spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle electrical/electronic systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent English and strong reporting/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit authorized service centers for standards, organization, personnel, and technical quality.
• Identify improvement actions to raise customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Ensure monthly ASS reports are prepared and shared with dealers and HQ.
• Monitor dealer spare parts inventory and perform stock analyses.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Warranty to resolve dealer and customer requests.
