Job summary

Anadolu Group in İstanbul is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support to authorized service centers, resolve on-site issues, and prepare technical reports. You will coordinate translations of manuals and bulletins and ensure effective information flow between the manufacturer and the service network.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and at least 3 years in motorcycles or automotive after-sales, strong English, and solid analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or after-sales service is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and manuals.
• Good command of English for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to authorized service centers and resolve issues, including on-site interventions.
• Prepare technical readiness for new models and support service centers during launches.
• Assess and resolve technical support requests; monitor hotline operations.
• Report product and quality issues to the manufacturer and update service centers on improvements.
• Coordinate translation of service manuals, troubleshooting docs, and parts catalogs.
