Job summary

Ford Otosan is seeking a Receivables Management Team Member to join our Finance and Risk Management division. You will track receivables from domestic and international dealers and suppliers, manage cash flows, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and insurance programs.

You will collaborate with accounting and sales operations to deliver accurate reporting, prepare detailed management packs, and support reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or engineering; master’s is a plus.
• 2–3 years in export receivables, credit insurance, or related fields.
• Fluent English; strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Analytical thinker with proactive, teamwork and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Track receivables from domestic and foreign dealers and suppliers.
• Coordinate cash, direct debit, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and insurance programs.
• Lead short-term receivable insurance programs with sales and ops.
• Prepare detailed management reporting packs.
• Collaborate with accounting and sales operations to ensure accurate reporting.

We are looking for a Receivables Management Team Member who will work for Finance and Risk Management.

What awaits you in this role?

• Tracking the receivables from domestic and foreign dealers, suppliers,
• Following up this domestic/international process through cash, direct debit system, bank guarantees, letter of credits, insurance programs both financial and commercial perspectives,
• Leading short term receivable insurance programs or post/pre shipment export credit insurances in collaboration with sales and operation teams,
• Taking into account invoices from local dealers,
• Strong collaboration with accounting and sales operations teams over their sales and reporting process,
• Communicating with domestic and foreign dealers, banks,
• Making detailed and explanatory receivables analysis,
• Meeting tight reporting deadlines with delivery of accurate information,
• Preparation of detailed and customized management reporting pack,

Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, (master’s degree is a plus),
• Having experience in export receivables and credit insurance, foreign trade, accounting, financial controlling, financial reporting, or related fields,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related areas,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• SAP experience would be an advantage,
• Having strong analytical background is plus,
