Qualifications

As a Real Estate Agent at TEKCE, you will serve as a reliable consultant, effectively connecting buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompanying clients during property viewing tours
• Providing professional advice on the suitability and market value of viewed properties
• Presenting purchase offers to prospective buyers
• Assessing clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend appropriate solutions
• Advising clients on market conditions, negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Preparing and managing required documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.)
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
• Creating and managing property listings, including location details, features, and visual content
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms
• Ensuring transparent, fair, and ethical business practices
