Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accompany clients during property viewings.
• Advise clients on suitability, value and investment potential.
• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity for solutions.
• Provide guidance on market conditions, negotiations, pricing and mortgages.
• Prepare and review documentation, including contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of the real estate market.
• Create detailed property listings with location, features and photos.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure agreed terms are met.
• Ensure all transactions are fair, transparent and ethical.
