Job summary

TEKCE Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Agent to guide buyers through the property search and purchase process, focusing on securing the right property at the best possible price and terms.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, handle viewing tours, advise on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements, and manage contracts. TEKCE Academy provides training for two weeks to support new hires, with salary + commission as the stated compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and a team player.
• Goal-oriented and ambitious; interested in a long-term career with TEKCE.
• Basic knowledge of using the Internet, Windows, and MS Office.
• Flexible in working hours; valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, plus Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Accompany buyers during property viewings.
• Advise clients on suitability, value, and negotiation.
• Present purchase offers to buyers.
• Identify clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Provide advice on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.).
• Keep informed about the real estate market.
• Create property lists with location, features, and images.
• Review contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Ensure fair and honest dealing.

Real Estate Agent Opportunity

TEKCE is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join their team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding buyers through the property search and purchase process. Your focus will be on securing the right property for your clients at the best possible price and terms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour,
• Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting,
• Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers,
• Identifying customers’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions,
• Providing advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc),
• Having information about the real estate market,
• Creating lists for real estate sales properties that include information such as location, features, images, etc.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met,
• Ensuring fair and honest dealing.
