TEKCE Real Estate is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent in Turkey who will connect buyers and sellers and guide clients through marketing and purchasing to secure the best price under favorable terms.

We offer comprehensive training, including a two-week onboarding program, and ongoing support from TEKCE Academy as you develop the necessary skills for success in a dynamic, international market.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active, team-oriented with a long-term mindset.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office and internet.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour.
• Advising clients on suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
• Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers.
• Identifying customers’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Providing advice on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc).
• Having information about the real estate market.
• Creating lists for real estate sales properties with location, features, images, etc.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Ensuring fair and honest dealing.
