Job summary

TEKCE is expanding its international real estate network with offices in Türkiye, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden and the UAE. We are seeking a Real Estate Agent who will guide clients through the search and acquisition process to secure the best property at favorable terms.

You will work with a multilingual team, leveraging training and market insights to advise on investments, negotiation, and contracts while building a long-term real estate career. Comprehensive TEKCE Academy training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accompany clients during property viewings.
• Advise clients on property suitability, value, and investment potential.
• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide guidance on market trends, negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation, including contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
• Create detailed property listings with information on location, features, images, and other relevant data.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Ensure all transactions are conducted fairly and transparently.
