• Providing advice on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.).
• Maintaining knowledge about the real estate market.
• Creating property lists with location, features, images, and details.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Ensuring fair and honest dealings.

Real Estate Agents – Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour
