Job summary

Nozzle Software Inc. is seeking an Accounting & Finance Officer to own the company’s financial and accounting operations end-to-end. You will manage Turkish tax compliance, e-Invoice/Ledger processes, payroll, and grant procedures while reporting to international stakeholders.

You will work with Logo accounting software, oversee fixed assets, and develop financial reports. This role requires strong Excel skills and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax legislation and regulatory changes.
• Hands-on experience with e-Invoice, e-Ledger, and e-Declaration processes.
• Experience with Logo accounting software is required.
• Knowledge of R&D incentives, grants, and government procedures is a plus.
• Payroll calculation and attendance/timesheet tracking experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the accounting system (Logo) and adapt processes.
• Audit and control accounting records and legal documents.
• Prepare and review tax declarations (beyanname).
• Perform e-Invoice/e-Ledger controls and payroll processing.
• Manage fixed assets, cash flow, and supplier/customer payments.
• Produce financial and management reports for stakeholders.
• Track incentives and grants (TUBITAK, Technopark) and related applications.
• Support contracts, compliance, and regulatory updates.
