MoneyPay Ar-Ge teşvik ve finansman süreçlerini yönetecek deneyimli bir ekip arkadaşı arıyor. Görev, Ulusal/Uluslararası programlar kapsamında başvuru, izleme ve raporlama süreçlerini kapsar.

R&D Center ve Technopark projelerinin uçtan uca yönetimi, uygunluk değerlendirmesi ve dokümantasyon gerekliliklerini içerir. Mevzuat değişikliklerine uyum sağlanması ve paydaşlarla koordinasyon da temel sorumluluklar arasındadır.

Competenze

• R&D teşvik ve hibe programları konusunda güçlü bilgi ve tecrübe.
• Ulusal ve uluslararası fon ve teşvik programlarını bilen ve R&D Center/Technopark süreçlerini tecrübe edenler için uygundur.
• Planlama, organizasyon ve takibe yatkın, etkili iletişim becerilerine sahip adaylar arıyoruz.
• İyi yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri gereklidir.
• Proje yönetimi becerisi olan adaylar avantaj sağlar.

Mansioni

• Ulusal ve/veya uluslararası Ar-Ge teşvik ve hibe programları için başvuru, izleme ve raporlama süreçlerini yönetmek.
• R&D Center ve Technopark süreçlerini mevzuata uygun şekilde uçtan uca yönetmek.
• Teşvik ve finansman programları kapsamında Ar-Ge projelerinin uygunluğunu değerlendirmek ve ilgili fırsatları belirlemek.
• R&D Center ve Technopark faaliyetleri kapsamındaki proje, personel/çaba, dokümantasyon ve periyodik raporlama süreçlerini yönetmek.
• R&D Center denetim ve değerlendirme süreçlerine hazırlık için koordinasyon yapmak.
• Gelişen Ar-Ge ve teşvik mevzuatındaki gelişmeleri izlemek ve mevcut süreçlere yansıtmak.
• Proje dokümantasyonu, sunumlar ve gerekli teknik raporları hazırlamak.
• Üniversiteler, araştırma kurumları ve diğer paydaşlarla proje ve işbirliği süreçlerini yönetmek.

Founded in 2020, MoneyPay Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. is a fintech company operating as a subsidiary of Migros. MoneyPay delivers its financial services through MoneyCüzdan, within the Money application-an integral part of Migros' loyalty and payment ecosystem.

MoneyCüzdan brings together payment, money transfer, investment, and employee benefits solutions under a single digital structure. What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant university program,
• 4+ years of experience in R&D, Technopark, and R&D incentive processes,
• Strong knowledge of TÜBİTAK/TEYDEB, KOSGEB, Ministry of Trade, and similar national and international funding and incentive programs, as well as R&D Center and Technopark processes,
• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong documentation and planning skills,
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset,
• Ability to manage projects across different areas with a versatile and research-oriented approach,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Eagerness to learn and keep up with new technologies.

What You'll Do

• Manage the application, monitoring, and reporting processes for national and/or international R&D grant and funding programs,
• Manage R&D Center and Technopark processes end-to-end in line with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements,
• Evaluate R&D projects for eligibility under incentive and funding programs and identify relevant opportunities,
• Manage project, personnel/effort, documentation, and periodic reporting processes within the scope of R&D Center and Technopark activities,
• Coordinate preparation for R&D Center audits and evaluation processes,
• Monitor developments in R&D and incentive legislation and reflect relevant updates into existing processes,
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and required technical reports,
• Manage project and collaboration processes with universities, research institutions, and other stakeholders.
