Job summary

IDAK AeroSystems in Ankara, Türkiye, seeks a Quality Specialist to strengthen aerospace quality systems for hydraulic and actuation products. You will perform inspections and testing, support root-cause analysis, and help drive CAPAs in coordination with engineering, production, and supply chain.

This on-site role emphasizes compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001, documentation, internal and external audits, and continuous improvement to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries is beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and basic statistical quality tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ankara, Türkiye, with strong attention to detail and safety.

Role Description

The Quality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankara, Türkiye. This position is responsible for supporting and improving quality systems and processes for aerospace hydraulic and actuation products, ensuring compliance with international aerospace and military standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing quality inspections, executing quality control tests, assisting in root-cause analysis, and contributing to corrective and preventive actions. The role involves preparing and maintaining quality documentation and reports, supporting internal and external audits, and collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. The Quality Specialist also helps drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, manufacturing consistency, and overall customer satisfaction.
