Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechatronic/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from a reputable university.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the internal quality audit plan.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits (system, process and product).
• Assist and support regulatory, customer and third-party audits.
• Record, follow up findings and corrective actions.
• Develop and revise Quality Manual and procedures; implement in the company.
• Assess suppliers' quality management systems and monitor changes in regulations.

What Do We Expect From You?

• BS degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechatronic/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from reputable universities
• A working knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

AIT&MRO Quality System and Certification Engineer will be responsible for carrying out necessary studies to obtain required national/international aviation approvals, providing sustainability of these approvals, planning and performing internal and supplier audits to verify that organization meets requirements of applicable national/international standards and customers for aircraft engine assembly, inspection, test, maintenance, repair and overhaul activities.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• To support development of the internal quality audit plan
• To conduct internal / external quality audits as an auditor (system, process and product audits)
• To assist and support regulatory, customer and third party audits
• To record and follow up findings and corrective actions identified
• To develop and revise Quality Manual, quality system procedures and Maintenance Organization Exposition and to take part in their implementation in the company
• To assess suppliers quality management systems
• To follow up changes in legislation, regulations and standards and take part in their implementation
• To provide trainings to personnel about quality management system requirements, aviation legislation and regulations, human factors
• To assist departments in Continuous/Process Improvement studies
• To coordinate the safety performance reporting with other operational departments
