Job summary

IDAK AeroSystems in Ankara, Türkiye, seeks a Quality Specialist to strengthen aerospace quality systems for hydraulic and actuation products. You will perform inspections and testing, support root-cause analysis, and help drive CAPAs in coordination with engineering, production, and supply chain.

This on-site role emphasizes compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001, documentation, internal and external audits, and continuous improvement to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Quality control and quality assurance skills to manage inspections, testing, documentation, and adherence to aerospace standards.
• Quality auditing to assist with internal and external audits and verify compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers, and to prepare clear quality reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries is beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and basic statistical quality tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ankara, Türkiye, with strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and quality control tests on aerospace hydraulic and actuation products.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing consistency.
