Job summary

TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality System and Certification Engineer in Eskişehir. You will lead internal/external audits, support aviation approvals, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance, repair and overhaul activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechatronic/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from a reputable university.
Working knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong team player with collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support development of the internal quality audit plan.
Conduct internal and external quality audits (system, process and product).
Assist and support regulatory, customer and third-party audits.
Record, follow up findings and corrective actions.
Develop and revise Quality Manual and procedures; implement in the company.
Assess suppliers' quality management systems and monitor changes in regulations.
