Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Field-based Quality Management System Lead for the Susurluk area in Balıkesir. You will ensure adherence to the Quality Management System requirements and lead continuous improvement initiatives across procedures, plans and lab practices.

The role requires knowledge of ISO 9001, BRCGS, IFS, and strong collaboration with production teams to drive GMP, 5S, audits, and calibration programs. Local relocation to Balıkesir area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or related field.
• Preferably intermediate level English.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Preferably experienced in SAP Quality Management module.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, ISO 9001, BRCGS, IFS, Food Legislation.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge about laboratory equipment and laboratory rules.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and a team player.
• Able to adapt to shift and flexible working systems.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir Susurluk, Bursa (Karacabey-Mustafakemalpaşa) areas.

Responsibilities

• To support activities to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards
• To ensure that the implementation of quality procedures, instructions and plans is followed.
• Verification of the conformity of the analyses performed within the plan with the values specified in the product and/or material specifications
• To monitor GMP activities, to ensure the improvement and verification of standards
• To monitor 5S activities in the laboratories to ensure the improvement and verification of standards
• To monitor corrective and preventive activities and ensure verification (internal audit,3rd party audits)
• Lead/participate in projects to analyze and eliminate recurring errors in processes by working with production teams
• Supporting the standardization of processes, instructions and documentation by identifying improvement potentials,
• Ensuring that calibrations are implemented according to plan and their results are monitored
• To comply with the occupational health and safety rules required by the job in the area in which he/she is assigned and to work on improving the working environment
