Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Corlu, Turkey, seeks a quality-focused professional to support HACCP, food safety, and digital quality initiatives on the shop floor. You will engage in training and culture-building to promote strong quality and safety practices.

Ideal candidates have a food engineering background or MSc in food science-engineering, with 4–5 on-site days, and fluency in English and Turkish. Manufacturing experience and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in food engineering or MSc in food science-engineering.
• Willing or living near Corlu; on-site attendance 4-5 days.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HACCP, Food Safety, Digital Quality, and Training & Culture of Quality programs.
• Promote quality and safety culture across the shopfloor through leadership and engagement.
