Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a motivated individual to join our Corlu plant in a role focused on quality and food safety. You will participate in HACCP, Food Safety, Digital Quality, and Culture of Quality programs while promoting strong safety practices on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Food Engineering or MSc in Food Science-Engineering, are willing to work on site in Corlu, and are fluent in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• University degree or 4th year in Food Engineering, or MSc in Food Science-Engineering.
• On-site attendance 4–5 days per week at Corlu Ice Cream Factory.
• Willingness to live in Corlu.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, written and spoken.
• Analytical thinking and strong MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent communication; promotes quality and safety culture.
• Digital curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HACCP, Food Safety, Digital Quality, and Training & Culture of Quality programs.
• Implement and support quality and safety processes on the shop floor.
