Job summary

ISS Türkiye is seeking a data-driven performance analyst to monitor cleaning operations, develop KPIs, and drive efficiency improvements across multiple sites. You will visit sites, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable plans for on-site teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities include designing reports, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and presenting management dashboards. English communication with international partners is required in a dynamic facility services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related analytical/technical field.
• Preferably experienced in facility management, integrated facility services, cleaning services, or large-scale field operations.
• Experience in operational performance, quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience in defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and interpreting operational data.
• Ability to conduct workforce, capacity, productivity, and cost analyses.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of evaluating equipment, machinery, chemicals, and consumables in terms of operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to assess operational challenges through on-site observations and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Strong planning and follow-up capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different teams.
• Proficiency in English sufficient to conduct meetings and correspondence with international suppliers and business partners.
• No restrictions on travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, performance, and efficiency indicators across cleaning operations and analyze operational data on a project and location basis.
• Analyze operational data and translate it into measurable and manageable KPIs, identifying performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Conduct site visits to observe operations, assess compliance with established standards, and perform root cause analyses.
• Conduct efficiency analyses covering workforce, shift planning, capacity, equipment utilization, and chemical and consumable usage.
• Develop improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency within cleaning operations and monitor their implementation and results.
• Evaluate machinery, equipment, chemicals, consumables, and emerging technologies in terms of technical suitability, efficiency, and cost.
• Prepare feasibility and cost-benefit analyses for new equipment, technologies, and working methods, and monitor pilot implementations.
• Conduct comparative analyses across projects to identify best practices, standardize them, and support their implementation across different operations.
• Contribute to operational model design, resource planning, equipment selection, process design, and costing activities for both existing and new projects.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and action tracking tools, and present findings to relevant managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor the implementation of identified improvement actions and measure the resulting improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects in coordination with Operations, Technical Services, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Human Resources, and field teams.
