Job summary

Nestlé Waters Turkey is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive for a permanent role. You will ensure compliance with food safety, quality systems, and regulatory requirements across manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include leading QA activities, implementing HACCP, maintaining hygiene and GMP standards, driving continuous improvement, and staff training in food safety practices. The role requires a university degree with lab exposure, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead

• Ensure hygienic practices and GMP throughout the factory.
• Lead quality failure analysis and defect elimination initiatives.
• Provide training on food safety and quality at the laboratory/plant level.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement.

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Ensures compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements (national and international);
• Ensures compliance with all Company Quality principles and policies and local laws and regulations;
• Ensures implementation and maintenance of factory food safety management systems and HACCP programs;
• Ensures compliance with good hygienic practices in the factory;
• Comply with hygiene, SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practicing) principles in the work area he/she is responsible for, to ensure compliance and to take the necessary precautions for this purpose,
• Supports the cascading of emerging threats and trends in the laboratory and specific food safety area and the implementation of strategies to mitigate risks;
• Supports problem solving and solution development during crisis management and response related to specific food safety areas.
• Lead the quality failure analysis and defect elimination initiatives
• Ensure timely release of finished products
• Encourage and support cross-fertilization of best practices, knowledge, standards and improvements
• Communicate with other departments, functions, Application Groups and Businesses to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other functions to drive improvement in the manufacturing of products that consistently delivers consumer preference.
• Develop food safety and quality training at the laboratory and plant level
• Provide people development through career management (experience), coaching and training

Which profile are we looking for?

• University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies, or engineering);
• Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a group
• Management exposure labratory functions;
• Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams
• Leading / implementing change.
• Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams and different initiatives
• Lead part of a change effort
• Establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories.
