Job summary

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group in Türkiye is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our diverse team across food & beverage, retail, and entertainment sectors. You will help drive daily sales, greet customers, and maintain attractive product displays.

You should be fluent in English and Russian, have sales experience, and be flexible with working hours in a dynamic retail environment. Join us to grow with a leading hospitality and retail group.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving daily/monthly sales targets and meeting customer expectations.
• Understand customers’ needs and expectations to offer the most suitable products and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the visual arrangement of shelves in the store and keeping the store always ready for sales.
• Actively participating in operational processes such as cash register, shelf arrangement, and other store operations.
