Job summary

Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist – (Flavor Raw Materials) to manage raw material procurement for flavor production. You will coordinate with local and international suppliers, maintain ERP data, and ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in raw material purchasing, familiarity with flavor/food ingredients or chemical industries, and strong Excel/ERP skills, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in raw material purchasing.
• Experience in flavor, food ingredients or chemical industries preferred.
• Experience with local and international suppliers.
• Familiar with import operations and international shipments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP and Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow up raw material purchase orders in line with MRP and material requirement plans.
• Manage order confirmations, lead times, shipment and delivery with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, open purchase orders and critical raw material needs.
• Address delays, shortages or supply-related risks.
• Coordinate import, logistics and purchasing documentation.
• Maintain order, price, lead time and supplier data in the ERP.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Import and Logistics teams.
• Prepare reports on purchase orders, deliveries and supplier performance for Senior Management.

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist – (Flavor Raw Materials) to manage the purchasing operations of raw materials used in flavor production.

In this role, you will:

• Create and follow up raw material purchase orders in line with MRP and material requirement plans,
• Manage order confirmation, lead time, shipment and delivery processes with local and international suppliers,
• Closely monitor inventory levels, open purchase orders and critical raw material requirements,
• Take necessary operational actions in case of delays, shortages or other supply-related risks,
• Coordinate import, logistics and purchasing documentation processes,
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order, price, lead time and supplier information in the ERP system,
• Work closely with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Import and Logistics teams,
• Prepare regular reports on purchase orders, deliveries and supplier performance for Senior Management.

We would like to meet you if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in raw material purchasing,
• Preferably have purchasing experience in the flavor, food, food ingredients or chemical industries,
• Have experience in managing purchasing operations with local and international suppliers,
• Are familiar with import operations and international shipment processes,
• Have strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Excel,
• Have a good command of written and spoken English,
• Have strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
