Job summary

Beko Corporate is seeking an Associate - Purchasing (Metal Process) to join the Purchasing Directorate. You will collaborate with business units to understand item requirements and develop sourcing strategies that improve cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills; SAP is a plus. You will negotiate with suppliers, monitor market trends, foster cross‑functional partnerships, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Create competitive supplier environments to support negotiation strategies.
• Build strong relationships and effectively partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and external suppliers to influence change.
• Plan, conduct, and finalize all commercial negotiations for project-based purchases.
• Closely follow technological developments and identify new opportunities for cost innovation and efficiency improvement projects.
