Job summary

Koç Holding A.Ş. (Beko) is seeking an Associate - Purchasing (Metal Process) to join the Purchasing Directorate.

You will collaborate with various business units to understand needs for items and services, and develop sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency. You will build supplier environments, negotiate terms, and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements while staying informed about market trends and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with different business units to understand and fulfill their requirements for requested items and services.
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies that support business objectives and build sustainable relationships with suppliers.
• Create competitive supplier environments to support negotiation strategies.
• Build strong relationships and effectively partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and external suppliers to influence change.
• Plan, conduct, and finalize all commercial negotiations for project-based purchases.
• Closely follow technological developments and identify new opportunities for cost innovation and efficiency improvement projects.
