Responsibilities

• Plan import logistics and customs activities to ensure timely delivery
• Handle multi-modal shipments with incoterms and import regulations
• Manage import documentation, letters of credit, and inbound customs operations
• Monitor supplier and forwarder performance and publish metrics
• Provide traceability of reports and support decision-making with Qlik systems
• Collaborate with production planning to communicate shipment status
• Develop cost-reduction methods and optimize landed costs
• Engage with transporters and customs brokers to meet service levels
