Job summary

Motherson Group sucht einen erfahrenen IDP Buyer zur Unterstützung indirekter Beschaffungsaktivitäten in europäischen Standorten. Sie entwickeln Lieferantenstrategien, verhandeln Verträge und treiben Kostenreduzierungen voran.

Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Abteilungen zusammen, stimmen Anforderungen mit globalen Strategien ab und setzen Corporate Contracts um. SAP-Einkaufstools kommen zum Einsatz, um Beschaffungsprozesse effizient zu gestalten.

Qualifications

• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf in einem industriellen Umfeld.
• Erfahrung in Verhandlungen, Lieferanten-Management und indirekten Beschaffungsbereichen.
• Starkes Verständnis von Beschaffungsstrategien, Marktanalysen und Kostenoptimierung.
• Kenntnisse in Beschaffungsfinanzen, Budgetierung, Einsparungsberechnungen und Datenanalyse.
• Verständnis von kommerziellen und rechtlichen Aspekten des Beschaffungswesens.
• Erfahrung mit Lieferantenbeziehungsmanagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect purchasing activities for assigned plants within the region.
• Develop supplier strategies and identify synergies across plants and suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction through negotiations, standardization, and process improvements.
• Align regional purchasing requirements with global procurement strategies.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of corporate contracts.
• Support new program launches and achieve purchasing targets related to cost and timing.
• Utilize SAP purchasing tools and sourcing methodologies in line with company procedures.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve overall performance.

• Understanding of commercial and legal aspects of procurement.
• Experience with supplier relationship management.
