Job summary

Ülker, part of pladis Global, invites a Mechanical Project Engineer to drive feasibility studies, tendering, and implementation of investment projects in Türkiye. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Project/Investment & Maintenance, preferably in food/FMCG industries.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project applications.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
• Strong project management to deliver on time and within quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies for investment projects from inception to commissioning.
• Prepare feasibility specs and tender documents; oversee tendering and contract follow-up.
• Manage internal and external suppliers and key operational processes.
• Improve and develop business and support processes.
• Develop new technical and operational projects and provide system reports.
• Develop cost- and efficiency-improving projects and realize them after approval.
• Ensure project delivery within the agreed schedule and budget.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Starting from feasibility studies of investment projects, implementation of all steps in the process until the commissioning of facilities,
• In feasibility, specification and tender documents for the creation, execution of the tender process, contract preparation and follow-up,
• Management of internal and external suppliers and operational processes,
• Improvement and development of business and support processes,
• Producing new technical and operational projects and supporting the system with reports,
• Developing a project that will provide cost and efficiency advantage and realizing the project after approval.
• Responsible for the accomplishment of the project within the agreed time schedule and financial budget

What do you need for this role?

• Preferably bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering department,
• Preferably min. 2 - 4 years of experiences in Project/Investment & Maintenance department, preferably in food companies or FMCG ındustries,
• Have a good knowledge of English,
• Have a good knowledge in MS Office and MS Project applications,
• Have an advance skills in Autocad program,
• Good project management skills to deliver projects on time and at good quality.
