Job summary

ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. is seeking a Project Subcontracts Superintendent for Temane/Mozambique to lead subcontract management on a major EPC project. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing variations, payments, and close-out across a global project team.

The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of subcontract experience, strong English communication, and an energetic, proactive approach to drive project outcomes in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Civil/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Min. 5 years of subcontract management experience.
• Experience in managing subcontract agreements in EPC, power plant, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing and negotiating subcontract contracts, progress payment processes, variation orders, claim management, and contract close-out processes.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office.
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.
