General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related engineering disciplines from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Administration or EPC Contract Engineering.
- Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector (Solar, Wind, BESS).
- Strong knowledge of supplier, subcontractor and EPC contracts, including drafting, reviewing and contract administration.
- Experience in reviewing commercial terms, identifying contractual risks and supporting contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with FIDIC and international contract standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented.
- No travel restrictions.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
- Residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate.
Job Description
- Prepare, review and administer EPC, subcontractor and supplier contracts in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Review commercial and contractual terms, identify contractual risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Coordinate contract preparation processes with EPC, Business Development, Procurement, Engineering, Legal and other relevant departments.
- Prepare, revise and manage contract amendments, addendums and supporting contractual documentation.
- Track contract milestones, obligations, expiry dates and correspondence through contract management tools and reporting tables.
- Manage the contract review, approval and signature workflow with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Ensure contractor qualification documents, guarantees, insurances and contractual documentation are complete and valid.
- Maintain accurate contract archives and document management systems.
- Support contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide contractual support throughout project execution and assist project teams in resolving contractual issues.
