Job summary

Gülermak Heavy Industries Construction Contracting Co inc is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for its Legal Department at the Head Office in Ankara to lead contract management across tendering and project execution. The successful candidate will support international railway, metro, and infrastructure projects by reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and managing claims in multinational teams.

Required: a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in contract management, FIDIC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract management.
• Experience in transportation projects, preferably metro and railway.
• Proven experience with FIDIC forms of contract.
• Experience reviewing tender documents and assessing contractual risk.
• Contract administration and claims management experience.
• Knowledge of international construction contracts.
• Excellent command of English.
