Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Engineer to support MV primary AIS switchgear projects, providing technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals. You will make technical recommendations across project phases to ensure timely, on-budget, quality-driven outcomes.

Based in Dilovası, Kocaeli with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with the Engineering Manager and lead multiple projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with strong planning and self-learning skills.
• Ability to follow up and pay attention to details in projects.
• Experience with switchgear project design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the project from start to delivery.
• Create electrical designs using tools (E-Plan, AutoCAD).
• Program protection relays.
• Prepare documentation for design outputs.
• Address non-conformances and implement preventive actions.
• Write technical and material standards.
• Contribute to standardization projects.
