Job summary

AVL in Türkiye Research and Engineering seeks a Project Support Coordinator to assist the Project Manager across the full project lifecycle. You will help set up the project handbook and initial environment, review plans, and handle chargeable expenses.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to use SAP and SharePoint. On-site work in Fatih, Istanbul, Türkiye is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness and motivation to use different software tools such as SAP, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Manager in organizational tasks during the whole project.
• Sets-up project handbook.
• Sets-up project environment at project start.
• Reviews project plan (start / close date, invoice plan, …).
• Processes chargeable expenses.
• Ensures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoring.
• Supports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/quality.
• Organizes & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursement.
• Handles intercompany purchase orders.
