Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator/Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in IT project coordination or management, deep infrastructure knowledge (compute, servers, networking, storage, backup) and fluent Turkish and English, both written and spoken. This is a contract role in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of IT project coordination/management experience.
• Experience with infrastructure deployments including compute, servers, networking, storage, backup.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Plan, monitor, and track project progress using Microsoft Project and other tools.
• Coordinate with technical teams for infrastructure deployment (compute, servers, networking, storage, backup).
• Work with customers, vendors, contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Provide weekly and monthly executive-level project updates.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies and governance processes.
• Support procurement activities and vendor management for global projects.
• Drive stakeholder communication and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead multiple workstreams across locations with timely delivery.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical teams for infrastructure deployment involving compute, servers, networking, storage, backup, and database technologies.
• Work closely with customers, vendors, contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide executive-level weekly and monthly project status updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organisational governance processes.
• Support procurement activities and vendor management for global infrastructure projects.
• Drive effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple workstreams across different locations while ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

6–8+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination or Project Management.

Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including:

• Compute & Servers
• Networking (LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers, Access Points, Gateways)
• Storage
• Backup

Language Requirements

Fluent Turkish and English (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
