Job summary

PAVO GROUP, a defense and civil sector system integrator in Istanbul Teknopark, seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee multiple projects, align them with strategic goals, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires leadership across PMOs and effective communication with global teams.

The ideal candidate has a background in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering and 5+ years in program management, with strong Turkish and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electircal / Electronics / Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Program Management.
• Experience in communicating and collaborating with program and project teams.
• Ability to prepare and conduct presentations.
• Analytical and critical thinking ability, quick learning and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
• Develop, monitor, and control program through definition, benefit delivery, and closure.
• Create and execute program plan and schedule.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources among the projects.
• Take accountability for alighning with schedule, budget, and quality of all program components.
• Analyse program progress and propose recommendations for resolution of main issues and risks.
• Liaise with the program and project management teams to monitor program/project scope and objectives that align with strategic goals.
• Support project managers in appropriate resource assignment to streamline project efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs.
• Assist the PgMO Director in achieving strategic goals by executing departmental activities as well as organisational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
