Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Türkiye, Ankara, seeks a Senior Project Assistant to support Türkiye's technical operations. You will manage data, assist with programming, and prepare reports for the country portfolio, coordinating with government partners and CMT for strategic directions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of data-focused experience, strong English and Turkish communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management, data analysis, monitoring, and preparing reports, statistics, dashboards, or MIS.
• Experience with international agencies and government partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Türkiye's technical and operational activities, including programming, data management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with International Staff and CMT for inputs, scheduling, and minutes of meetings.
• Monitor portfolio data, contracts, disbursements, safeguards, and output achievement.
• Prepare annual portfolio reports and quarterly/per review meetings.
• Coordinate with government authorities, development partners, and ADB HQ on programming and portfolio matters.
• Assist in procurement and consultant management processes and draft TORs.
