Job summary

Maa-Althahab, a subsidiary of MAISON DE MAA Group, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations in its fragrance manufacturing facility in Fatih, Istanbul. You will ensure production targets, quality, safety, and on-time delivery while optimizing resources.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse, and drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Production Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing and production operations, preferably fragrance industry.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory management and safety standards.
• Experience in leading production teams and supervising production lines, ERP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to achieve targets and schedules.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specs.
• Plan capacity, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Monitor performance, productivity, waste, and costs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials and supplies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the production team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and procedures.
• Identify issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and monitor production reports and KPIs.

• Experience in managing production teams and supervising production lines
• Good knowledge of Odoo ERP is preferred
