Job summary

Air Liquide, Erzincan, Turkey, seeks a Production Engineer to oversee safe, reliable and efficient plant operations while mentoring technicians and driving HSEQ initiatives. You will ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC 22000, Seveso, ISO standards, and energy management practices.

You will lead production planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting, coordinating with maintenance for safe asset integrity and implementing continuous improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in industrial gases
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of HSE methodologies: JHA, SWP, LOTO, RCA, site visits

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives, trainings, and safety culture across the site
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 and Seveso requirements
• Oversee production planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Coordinate maintenance planning and asset integrity to ensure safe operations
