Job summary

CCI in Elazığ is seeking a Production Engineer to join the Supply Chain team. You will plan and coordinate maintenance activities across facilities, develop a preventative maintenance program, and help optimize uptime and safety.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure compliance with GMP, health, safety, and environmental standards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proven problem solving, planning and decision making abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of utilities principles and field practices.
• Experience with auditing standards, laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA automation.
• Autocad skills are a plus.
• Turkish fluent, advanced English, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across facilities, addressing reliability issues.
• Develop a preventive maintenance schedule and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Develop and enforce safe work procedures and supervise team behavior.
• Manage a high performing maintenance team to meet objectives and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare annual maintenance budget, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Develop and manage KPIs for each area of responsibility.
• Schedule internal and external work to maximize planned downtime and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain facilities to be fit for purpose and provide proactive solutions.
• Identify continuous improvement actions and report results to management.
